The Equipment tab lists the equipment in use at the customer’s location. These fields are editable: the technician can add or change equipment listings, and FieldOPS will update the customer equipment information once the work order is submitted.
This tab has an Options button that allows the technician to pull up history on any of the listed equipment. A new tab named Eqp#12345 will open with a list of any past work orders pertaining to this piece of equipment. This list includes the work order number, date of the work order, problem code and description, technician number, and sale amount.
